Helicopter Spirals Wildly into Palm Fronds at Well-Known California Beach
A helicopter flying above a well-attended southern California beach abruptly started spinning wildly, finally losing altitude and smashing into a cluster of palm groves as spectators watched.
Videos uploaded on social media depict the aircraft beginning to twirl near the beach then falling near the edge of the beach, where it gets stuck between palm trees and a steps near the shoreline route.
First Aid Information
Local firefighters stated five individuals were taken to hospital including two individuals who were in the aircraft and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” after the crash on the weekend.
Three people on the pavement were harmed. Specifics on their wounds were still under review.
The reason for the accident was not immediately released.
